Corporate Pro Bono produces a
Annual Forum on In-House Corporate Pro Bono in conjunction with the Institute's Annual Pro Bono Seminar. The Forum is the only national gathering designed specifically to address the needs and issues faced by general counsel and other in-house lawyers seeking to participate effectively in pro bono work, to create a pro bono program in their legal department, or to enhance an existing pro bono effort. The Forum provides a series of training programs, small discussion groups, and networking opportunities through which in-house lawyers can learn from their peers and from their colleagues in major law firms and leading public interest organizations. Participation in the Forum is open to general counsel, in-house attorneys, and other law department employees involved in the oversight, administration, or implementation of pro bono at their legal department, as well as leaders and members of ACC chapters. Forum attendees can receive approximately eight continuing legal education credits, including ethics credits.
